Trev

I hear you mate. All we can say is, if we get the four of them as announced, we have THREE ex Prem managers at once, all of whom are known for being fairly 'robust' in their approach, and if that all together isn't sufficient, we'd then have to consider ourselves pretty much 'unmanageable', I'd say...

I'd hope to get away from Bilic playing players out of position. I'd hope they new manger would keep him at number 3.

Perhaps he could bring Mark Robson with him, currently also on Villa's coaching staff I believe

Leroys

What the fuck has Rio done to make anyone think he'd make a good coach or assistant manager?

Re: Stuart Pearce - No. 2
What has Jack Sullivan said about this?

Re: Stuart Pearce - No. 2
im fairly certain that Leroys has been all over Dicks (a qualified coach) for being useless and only being there as he is ex west ham.

Now he wants Rio (not a qualified coach in any way with no experience) to be our coach...presumably because hes ex west ham?

Re: Stuart Pearce - No. 2
Totally non inspiring for me. Thought the same about Dicks when he came back as coach, don't really understand what he done positively.

Re: Stuart Pearce - No. 2
Rio can't be any worse than Dicks, why not

What's Steve Lomas doing these days ?

Re: Stuart Pearce - No. 2
Martin Allen would be my choice if Moyes has to have a west ham man in his team, not sure how Mad Dog would take to Sullivan though :.)

Alex Bunbury 9:48 Tue Nov 7
Re: Stuart Pearce - No. 2
Whoever it is should be completely Moyes’ choice along with picking the rest of his back room staff. There’s no point randomly selecting somebody and throwing them in with Moyes just because they have a West Ham connection. Ultimately Moyes should take complete responsibility for the coaching and they need to be people he trusts and has confidence in.

Takashi Miike 9:51 Tue Nov 7
Re: Stuart Pearce - No. 2
Moyes suggested it himself

Go nuts and get Paolo in to shake it up a bit... or both Paolo and Psycho...

Get some bloody passion going...

Maybe even Bonzo if he is keen as he was the fittest of the fit with an immaculate work ethic

Re: Stuart Pearce - No. 2
Every time I've heard Pearce talk about football it's made me think of a blind man trying to describe the colour red.

So what if his veins popped out once. He's just a name to replace Dicks.

A typical signing for the owners, all fit coat and no knickers.

Takashi Miike 12:36 Thu Nov 9
Re: Stuart Pearce - No. 2
not sure he'd want it but I'd approach Devo. he's done well at lower league clubs but his philosophy may clash with Moyes. if not him, Martin Allen

Re: Stuart Pearce - No. 2
Never been convinced about Pearce, loved the story about his first game at Forest where he showed his wife the starting XI she told him it looked good but he'd picked XI outfield players and forgotten to put Steve Crossley in goal
